Wild Horses Nitro All-Terrain Early Bronco Shocks: Set of 4

Stock Position | Two Front Shocks/Two Rear Shocks | Stock to 5.5" Lift Height

The Wild Horses Nitro All-Terrain Shock is designed to deliver superior comfort, performance, and control for your Early Bronco, whether you’re crawling through rocks, tearing across the desert, or cruising down the highway.

Engineered with a twin-tube nitrogen-charged design, this shock improves your Bronco’s handling by reducing fade and automatically adjusting to varying road conditions through its velocity-sensitive valving. The nitrogen charge also offers quicker response and reduces aeration compared to hydraulic oil shocks, ensuring consistent performance even under extreme conditions.

  • Velocity Sensitive Valving: Automatically adapts to driving conditions for enhanced control.

  • Premium Components:

    • 19/32" Hardened Chromed Rod for durability and smooth operation.

    • 1 3/8" Nylon-Banded Piston for precision and longevity.

    • Teflon Rebound Stop for a comfortable ride under heavy loads.

    • 2 1/8" Tube Diameter for improved heat dissipation and durability.

  • Titan Gray Finish: Sleek, clean look with long-lasting protection.

  • Custom Valving: Tailored for the demands of Broncos and off-road enthusiasts.

  • Black Dust Boot Included

Why Choose Wild Horses Nitro Shocks:

Shocks play a critical role in determining your Bronco's ride quality. The nitrogen charge in Wild Horses shocks provides quicker response and improved performance over hydraulic shocks by preventing fluid aeration (bubbles), which reduces shock fade during aggressive or prolonged driving.

Whether you’re running single or double shocks, Wild Horses has you covered. We believe in building Broncos the way you want them—if you love the look of a dual shock setup, then go for it! After all, this is the United States of America, and your Bronco deserves the best setup for your driving style and terrain.

Early Bronco Shocks:

This listing is designed for Early Bronco owners looking to update their existing shocks with the new WILD HORSES Nitro All-Terrain Shocks. These listings are for stock position shock mounts with four total shocks. If you have custom mounts or have further questions, please refer to our individual shock listings or reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

  • Bronco Year: 1966 Broncos had Eye/Stud style shocks in the rear. All other classic Broncos (1967-77) had Eye/Eye shocks in the rear. All factory front shocks were Eye/Eye. If you are unsure, simply take a look at the top of your rear shocks to see if there is a threaded post sticking up or if there is an eyelet type mount.

  • Lift Height: These kits are pre-selected by Wild Horses for what we feel is the ideal shock lengths for the specified applciations. If you prefer to select your own shock lengths, please refer to our individual shock listings to mix and match as you see fit.
