    Night Lighter Headlight Harness:

    Upgrade your early Bronco's headlight system with our new Night Lighter Headlight Harness. The original Bronco light switch struggles to handle the current needed for stock headlights and is definitely not up to the task for modern H4 bulbs. If you've experienced flickering headlights, this harness is the solution.

    How It Works:

    The stock setup routes power from the battery through the dash and headlight switch, causing voltage drops that result in only 9-10 volts reaching the headlights. Our harness uses a relay system to deliver direct battery voltage (up to 14.4 volts) to your headlights, creating a significantly brighter light.

    Install was super easy. The lights illuminate the trail ahead significantly better than my old sealed beam halogens. They look great too... A little old school yet a touch of modern.

    Relay harness and lights appear well built. Delivery was prompt. WH did a good job of communicating. Relatively easy to install - though lights interfere with spring bracket in bucket a bit. Also seems to hang them up a bit when adjusting beam. Once all tucked in and aligned is fine. Regarding Harness: Suggest it come with a fuse rather than the white connector. All circuits in my Bronco are to be fused to eliminate risk of short on positive terminal. = potential meltdown. Black ties would be preferred to white, since the wire harness is black. Directions could use: Explain what the angle brace and bolt is for. Give a suggested wire routing. (though since these are probably universal that may not be appropriate). In the case of a Bronco, it is necessary to remove the battery, not just disconnect it, to make the install. Regarding Lights: As noted above, interference with spring bracket. This is the rubber boot. No instructions provided. Particularly, what direction to point the two rubber "vents" on the boot would be good to know. I pointed them down and away from the spring bracket as they made the interference worse. Thank you.

    These new headlights are a vast improvement from my old headlights. The brightness was remarkably better. Much safer. They were an easy swap-out.

    Best lights I have ever seen on a 1975 Ford Bronco. Install wasn't too bad. Just make sure you have a good clean ground connection.

    This Halogen headlight setup with relays & harness solve the mystery flickering headlight gremlins I had lurking in the Bronco. The light is also whiter and brighter than the sealed beam lights I was using prior. This is a "must have" if you ever drive your Bronco at night.

    Upgrading with this kit makes a big difference in stock sealed beam. They look great and fit. I also installed LED bulbs and they're even brighter and whiter.
