Q: Is The neutral safety switch built in the reverse light harness

A: There is no neutral safety switch for the 3550, 4500, or AX-15. You can wire a safety switch out of the way or clutch actuated safety switch to interrupt the start circuit, but there is nothing that comes standard, or incorporated into the harness.
