Our new HV (high voltage) E-Core design yields an incredible 60,000 volts and operates with no degradation throughout temperature ranges that surpass military specifications.
Our new HV (high voltage) E-Core ignition coil for use with Ignitor I, II and other systems, yields an incredible 60,000 volts and operates with no degradation throughout temperature ranges that surpass military specifications. For system compatibility, see Details section below.
Our new HV (high voltage) E-Core design yields an incredible 60,000 volts and operates with no degradation throughout temperature ranges that surpass military specifications. The epoxy core and special heat sink design made from aircraft 6063 T5 aluminum efficiently transfers heat optimizing energy output for street/strip and off road applications. The housing is black anodized for increased corrosion resistance. Coils are vacuum potted resulting in better reliability and longer life.
Brass primary terminals provide greater current conductivity and allow direct mounting without special connectors or harnesses. Standard thread connections and mounting hardware are provided with each coil. The high tension male terminal is precision machined to ensure a snug fit for the coil wire. The heat sink extrusion is designed for ease of installation and allows alternate routing of wires.
Legal in all 50 states and Canada. (C.A.R.B. E.O. #D-57-21)
Choose: .045 Ohms for Ignitor II on V8 and I-6 & HEI, TFI.
Choose: 1.5 Ohms for points, optical trigger, and Ignitor I & II Carbureted V8 applications.
NOTE: For I-6 with points or Ignitor I a 3.0 ohm version is available as a special order.

Q: Will this work on my 77 Bronco with 302, auto, and factory distributor? Which of your other coils will work form my 77? Thanks.

A: Yes, Choose: 1.5 Ohms for points, optical trigger, and Ignitor I & II Carbureted V8 applications. Otherwise, a #8082 would do the job as well.
