Night Lighter Headlight Harness:
Upgrade your early Bronco's headlight system with our new Night Lighter Headlight Harness. The original Bronco light switch struggles to handle the current needed for stock headlights and is definitely not up to the task for modern H4 bulbs. If you've experienced flickering headlights, this harness is the solution.
How It Works:
The stock setup routes power from the battery through the dash and headlight switch, causing voltage drops that result in only 9-10 volts reaching the headlights. Our harness uses a relay system to deliver direct battery voltage (up to 14.4 volts) to your headlights, creating a significantly brighter light.
Installation is a Breeze:
Simply plug in the harness, and the old light switch will activate the new harness. The load-bearing relays will then bring power from the battery directly to the headlights. It's a plug-and-play solution that's quick and easy to install.
Upgrade to your early Bronco headlights today and experience the difference in visibility and performance on your next drive!

Asked by Shannon, November 4, 2023
Q: I purchased these lights about a year ago. I recently installed a 75amp alternator. My headlamps quit working. I have power going to both of the fuses in the harness that came with the headlamp kit but no power going out. Looks like both fuses blew. Can I get some ne ones? Could this be an issue with the new alternator of just bad timing?

Answered by ☆ sales - November 13, 2023
A: Please give us a call when you get a chance. Sounds like it could be a fuse or relay problem, and just bad timing. You may check that all your grounds are good. They can be just as finicky as the power wires.

Q: Can an LED bulb be used, if so which one?
Answered by ☆ sales - September 15, 2023
A: You should be able to find a LED bulb for these housings. Unfortunately we do not offer any or know which one fits.
Asked by Thomas Horgan, February 7, 2021
Q: Can't see online fuses on the harness, does the harness require 2 inline fuses be installed? Thanks.
Answered by ☆ sales - February 9, 2021
A: The harness does not incorporate a fuse or fuses. You could add one at the time of installation if you like, but we do not have a recommendation and usually install without.
Asked by Boe Mccarthy, February 7, 2021
Q: I would like to know if they make some that fit my 78 F250
Answered by ☆ sales - February 8, 2021
A: If you have 7 round headlights now, we would expect these could fit. However, from the looks of it, your F250 lights are more square, and different than this kit. So no. Look at #796107.

Q: Are the headlights sealed, or empty shells with drop in bulbs?
Answered by ☆ sales - July 15, 2016
A: The H4 lights are bulbs with vented housings.
