A: No, this is only for the 74-77 column with a single horn contact.

Q: Will this fit a Grant Gt Elite 742 steering wheel?

A: No, that wheel takes a 5 bolt adapter, where ours is a 3 bolt. We do not offer an adapter for that Grant wheel.

Q: Does this item work with the cancellation portion for the blinker? What about the horn ring?

A: Yes, the adapter has 2 roll pins that press into the back of it to cancel the signal switch. The adapter also includes the horn contact ring.
