Q: Will this work with a J-shift Dana 20 and ax15 swap?

A: Yes, at the bottom of the product page, you will need to select T or J shift, or if you phone in, just specify which shifter you need.

Purchased this conversion for my Dana 20 (T-shift) behind my AX-15, which I also purchased from Wild Horses. Install took less than 10 minutes with the whole driveline removed and it works great!
