Q: What is the spacing from center to center,of the screw holes?

A: The bolt hole spread is 2 5/8.

Q: Will this work with the Explorer Serp on a 302?

A: It will not. It is designed to work with the early bronco 302 with a passenger side water pump inlet, and early balancer.
