These aren’t just headers—they’re bolt-on horsepower. Specifically engineered for WILD HORSES to fit 1966–77 Ford Broncos running Small Block Ford 289 or 302 V8 engines (note fitment exclusions below). These stainless steel shorty headers deliver improved exhaust flow for serious low-end torque and horsepower gains. They also fit later model Ford 5.0L engines. With easy installation, no starter interference, and a proven design, they’re the perfect choice for your Bronco build.

Constructed from heavy-wall 14-gauge steel tubing with 3/8" flanges and a thick steel collector dome, these headers are built to last and perform. We include all hardware, gaskets, and 2.5" starter tubes to get you on the road or trail fast.

For optimal results, consider adding our optional Header Enhancement Kit, featuring Stage 8 locking header bolts, Remflex header seals, and spark plug boot protectors—each designed to solve common header issues and keep your rig running strong.

• Fits 1966–77 Ford Bronco:

  • Designed for Ford 289 and 302 engines (except 302s with air injector tubes & 5.0 "P" heads)

  • Also work with late-model Ford 5.0L - Note these headers do not include O2 sensor fittings.

Header Tech Notes:

• Will not fit 302 engines with 3- or 4-port air injector tubes (found on some '74–75 Broncos)

• Will not fit 5.0 "P" heads

• No modifications required to the smog system—existing systems should remain intact
