Q: Is this a two part cover, so it will fit after column is installed?

A: Yes, it is two pieces, top and bottom. It is normally installed after the column is in place.

Q: Will this work on the IDIDIT column with column shift? I believe its 2 1/4 OD.

A: Yes, column shift Ididit should be 2 1/4, as is this cover. We would not expect an issue.
