Q: Will this cage block your manual choke and tank selection switch?

A: The front portion does mount in the area of the choke and tank switch. But, it is up to the installer to determine how close or far the finished product sits.

Q: Will I lose access to my glove box with the San Felipe Tube Bar & Cage #4240? Also does this product require me to do some welding? Thank you for your time..

A: Yes you will need to weld, and grind to fit. As far as the glove box you won't lose access but most people do the install in a way that limits the glove box door from folding down all the way. There is a trick to modify the glove box hinges so the door can open, slid over and open the rest of the way. Find it on Broncohio website. http://www.broncohio.com/tech/gloveboxdoor.html

Q: Is it easily adapted for the short cab model? I understand holes need cutting in cap,is this posssible to install? Than tou Don Berlan

A: This kit will not work for the half cab. It just will not fit.
