Since I had a broken support on my liftgate I decided to switch out with this kit. I am so pleased with it and how it works. Every other EB owner who sees it comments on them and wants to upgrade theirs.

Installation was a true remove and replace with simple hand tools. Everything fit. Installation time was 30 minutes for both shocks once liftgate was secured in open position. Installed shocks because wife was having difficulty with lifting the liftgate. Shocks perform as described and assist lifting the liftgate and liftgate is easier for her to close.

These liftgate shocks are so much better than o/e that there is no comparison. They bolt right into the original holes with no problem,and priced right.

I know it’s not OEM but I love these, I don’t have A/C in my’68 so I open the lift gate without worrying about it possibly slamming down and breaking the glass. Definitely recommend

These replacement shocks are a perfect swap out.. took 5 min a side (after searching for 45min for my tools that my kids got into)... Easy open and close operation; an absolute upgrade addition to your Bronco

One of the easiest upgrades I have ever done. Just a couple of wrenches and a few minutes was all it took. It works great. It does, however, make the latch release tighter since the shocks also provide pressure to hold the liftgate closed.

Helps out alot with that rattle, adding the silencer kit (hinges and cables) and some rubber stops. Maybe the most noticeable, quickest (almost pains to me say it) and rewarding change on the '76. One step closer to having a conversation in the cab. Thanks WH as always, 10/10 customer service.

Stopped the constant rattling of the stock liftgate hinges. A true bolt on that took about 10 minutes to install. A super nice upgrade.

The shocks worked Perfect and fit in the existing mounting holes as advertised ! These are my second set and much better than the first set! I've used wild horses for several years and many parts! All have worked better than I expected!
