Product Overview:

Full Circle Aluminum Fan Shroud
A fan shroud is a must when you are using a mechanical fan if you expect to keep your Bronco cool on the trail. Without a fan shroud, the fan pulls air around the radiator instead of through it.

The Full Circle Aluminum Radiator Shroud is the best of our shrouds in form and function. It's a work of art with perfect welds. The full circle encases the fan blade and helps to channel every bit of air right through the center of the radiator.

Asked by Teddy, September 11, 2024 01:10

Q: Do I need to take the radiator or fan to install shroud? What instructions do you have to install the shroud? Thanks

1 Answer

Answered by sales - September 11, 2024 13:56

A: Leave the radiator in. Remove the mechanical fan. Bolt the shroud onto the radiator. Reinstall the fan.

Asked by Karen Thomason, December 21, 2021

Q: Will this fan shroud work with a 1inch body lift?

1 Answer

Answered by sales - December 22, 2021

A: Yes, but usually with a little modification, or the addition of a bracket to lower it just a bit, for the 1. It is for stock, No BL. We do not have one specific, for the 1.

Asked by John, July 22, 2020

Q: Can I get the dimensions on the shroud
Width, Length, depth, Etc.

Thank You,

1 Answer

Answered by sales - July 22, 2020

A: The box portion measures 18 1/2 side to side x 17 1/2 tall x 3 5/8 thick, and a 20 fan opening. Mount points top and bottom. Top and bottom bolt c-c, side to side is 14.5. Top to bottom bolt c-c is 20. Overall depth is 3 5/8.

Asked by Kody Allman, May 11, 2019

Q: What is the depth of the shroud? I have the explorer setup and the fan is pretty far from the radiator.

1 Answer

Answered by sales - May 16, 2019

A: Our shrouds stand approximately 3 5/8 off of the mounting surface of the radiator.

Asked by cole stalzer, March 4, 2014

Q: will this shroud work with a 3 body lift?

1 Answer

Answered by sales - March 5, 2014

A: You have a choice for stock meaning no body lift or 2 body lift. Some people have used the 2 version just by re-positioning the shroud to radiator. It's one of those things you would have to look at on your specific Bronco to see if you wanted to go that route.

Asked by Collin, October 14, 2013

Q: I don't have a Ron Davis radiator. Do you have a list of other radiators this will fit or the dimensions for the mounting holes?

1 Answer

Answered by 8578 - October 15, 2013

A: This shroud will fit any 66-77 Bronco V8 radiator. It fits 3 cores, 4 cores and aluminum radiators.

This shroud rips air through the radiator, i can feel the air being pulled through when i place my hand in front of the grill. The shroud will make a huge difference on cooling when you aren't going fast enough to get air through the radiator, I actually saw cooler temps even when moving at freeway speeds uphill! Highly recommended!

The standard fan shroud fit perfect. I have a 1.5" body lift with a 4" lift kit so I wasn't sure which shroud would work.

Welding quality is top notch, but the surface finish was ho-hum. Scratched and mill-quality. I sanded it with fine sand paper to give it a brushed finish which took some time, but it looks a lot better now. Also applied some wax to keep the look.

Works great and fits great on my three core aluminum radiator. The quality is top notch and it really helped to finish out the engine bay.

Bought the 2" BL shroud to go with the staggered 4 core triple pass radiator and rigid steel fan. This combo keeps my Bronco at 180 degrees or less even in triple digit weather. The shroud fits and looks great. Awesome product.

Very nice quality and bolted up to my radiator without any modification.

Excellent quality, was running TBP's metal shroud which is great quality but wasn't keeping my 351w cool climbing the hills with a trailer full of wood. The full circle shroud with the old original 7blade flex is a great combination. This combination is being ran with WH's 4core tripple flow and on a 110degree day up a sever grade won't hardly break 200 with a cord of oak.
