Perfect. Noticed the part on back of regulator. Then noticed the 2 screws for cover hold down. Removed screws to look inside. Real neat . Put Cover on. Installed. Worked great.

The regulator fit great, swapped right in for the old one, and fixed the shorting problem of the old regulator. Now the battery doesn't discharge when everything is turned off! Thanks WH!
