I purchased several brake components and this center bolt was the item that helped me fix my parking brake. The WH big bearing drum brakes and new e-brake cables weren't working correctly with the previous owner's rigged system so I returned it to stock and this bolt was the last piece installed and the answer to my issues. E-brake now works like it was designed.
