Product Overview:

Dual Friction Centerforce Kit Deluxe
This clutch set is a performance matched pressure plate & disc combination. Centerforce Dual-Friction pressure plates feature their patented centrifugal weight system and specialized machining processes to provide a performance clutch that offers exceptional street characteristics, while offering outstanding holding-capacity and durability. Furthermore, the Centerforce Dual-Friction disc has a full facing on the pressure plate side for drivability and longevity, while a carbon composite puc style facing is used on the flywheel side for a positive engagement and increased holding capacity. Dual Friction is engineered for those who are looking for the ultimate in street/strip holding power and performance without sacrificing pedal effort and driver control. While the Dual Friction has been engineered primarily as a street clutch it can be used in mild competition applications. The deluxe kit includes the pressure plate, clutch disc, throwout bearing, pilot bearing and pressure plate bolts. If you do not have an alignment tool, you will need one for the install, please see part #8102

The DF instructions state to machine flywheel for rivet clearance, but this step is rarely going to be necessary for an Early Bronco flywheel. It's important to verify of course, but if the disc appears similar in layout to your previous disc, and you can verify that there is no interference with rivet heads or any other surface of the new clutch disc, you should be able to avoid any additional machining of your existing flywheel. If you're going to be using an old flywheel however, you should always have it resurfaced to better mate up to any new clutch. No matter what brand or type.
