Early Bronco Black Billet Water Pump & Crankshaft Pulleys
Upgrade your 66-77 Ford Bronco with our Black Billet Aluminum Water Pump and Crankshaft Pulleys kit. Designed specifically for small block Ford 289, 302, or 351W engines, these dual-groove V-belt pulleys provide the perfect solution for adding power steering or air conditioning to your classic Bronco.
Key Features:
- Complete Kit: Includes both water pump and crankshaft pulleys designed for seamless integration with your 66-77 Ford Bronco.
- Black Hard Anodized Pulleys: The tough black hard anodizing not only gives these pulleys a sleek finish but also prevents the belt from creating grooves, a common issue with powder-coated aluminum pulleys.
- Steel Centering Ring: Unlike other kits with flimsy plastic rings, our pulleys feature a robust steel centering ring that ensures a reliable fit, preventing warping and loosening.
- Custom Made for Early Bronco: Specifically developed for early Broncos, the 5.75-inch diameter pulleys fit perfectly and include both 3-bolt and 4-bolt patterns to accommodate most setups.
- Adaptable Design: These pulleys adapt to dampers with either recessed centers or extended ridges. Use the steel ring if needed, or skip it if your damper already has a metal lip.
Important Installation Notes:
- Check Compatibility: Ensure compatibility with your existing engine or pulleys before installing, especially if your engine might not be original.
- Need Assistance? If you’re unsure about compatibility, please contact us. You may also consider swapping out the harmonic balancer for our Pro Street Harmonic Damper for Small Block Ford to help align your new crankshaft pulley.
Choose our Black Billet Aluminum Water Pump and Crankshaft Pulley Kit for a durable, stylish, and perfectly fitting upgrade for your early Bronco. Enjoy improved performance and enhanced looks under the hood!

Q: Will the crank pulley work with a Scat SCA8006 damper?
Answered by ☆ sales - January 12, 2024
A: It will bolt on.
Asked by Tim, September 15, 2022
Q: Are the pulleys the oem size or are they over driven? under driven?
Answered by ☆ sales - September 15, 2022
A: The pulleys are the same size as most OEM pulleys. They are not over or under driven.
Asked by Ryan, April 16, 2021
Q: Do these have the same mounting depth and position as oem 302 bronco pulleys? My older March billets weren't close and required a lot of creative spacing. I'm running a flow cooler water pump too if it matters.
Answered by ☆ sales - April 20, 2021
A: Yes, 66-77 Bronco at least. The balancer needs to have a flat face, like our #'s 8057 and 8058. If your balancer is different, and has a raised portion, where the pulley mounts, then the crank pulley will not line up, and be about an inch further forward. Otherwise, we would not expect any issue.
Asked by Phil, September 30, 2019
Q: What exactly is the potential compatibility issue with this pulley set? The current engine and pulleys on my 72 302 are original, but the harmonic balancer is not.
Answered by ☆ sales - October 1, 2019
A: The Harmonic balancer is usually the only gotcha. The pulley is designed for a balancer with a flat face, or mounting surface. A balancer with a raised mounting surface, usually pushes the pulley out too far. See part #8057 for example.
