Our Premium system 3 suspension kit is geared toward street use with mild camping/fishing type off-roading and comes standard with our Extreme Duty U-bolt kit, Bilstein 5100 Shock Absorbers, our front variable rate coils, and our progressive rear leaf springs.
Our Premium suspension kits come standard with the Extreme Duty U-bolt and plate kit. We use Bilstein 5100's specifically valved for use with our front variable rate coils and our progressive rear leaf springs.
The system 3 is geared toward street use with mild camping/fishing type off-roading. The kit comes exactly as pictured starting with the front coils, Bilstein shocks, c-bushings, trac bar bushings and rubber degreed radius arm bushings. For the rear section you get our progressive leaf springs, Bilstein shocks, urethane spring and shackle bushings and our Extreme Duty u-bolt and plate kit.
There are many options (see related products)that can be included. We recommend front and rear brake hoses and right and left e-brake cables. For increased stability in the corners add a front anti sway bar.

As is the industry standard, your leaf springs will arrive
unboxed with the shipping label taped directly to the springs. Optionally,
though not necessary, you can perform a quick clean-up with a can of satin
black spray paint prior to installation to address any paint chips. Original
springs were typically bare steel and have served for decades without
touch-ups.

Q: due you need to replace the rear drive shaft after installing this kit.

A: Normally the stock driveshaft will work with a 2.5 lift. It really depends on the current length and sometimes age of the shaft and slip yoke.

Q: I do not see an option for '66 model year on the Bilstein 2.5 lift. Can I install on my '66 bronco?

A: Yes, we just need to confirm the style of rear shock mounts. Some 66's had a stud/eye shock in the rear, like the Bronco has in the front. Where others, and 67 on, had eye/eye shocks in the rear.
