Our Premium system 3 suspension kit is geared toward street use with mild camping/fishing type off-roading and comes standard with our Extreme Duty U-bolt kit, Bilstein 5100 Shock Absorbers, our front variable rate coils, and our progressive rear leaf springs.

The system 3 is geared toward street use with mild camping/fishing type off-roading. The kit comes exactly as pictured starting with the front coils, Bilstein shocks, c-bushings, trac bar bushings and rubber degreed radius arm bushings. For the rear section you get our progressive leaf springs, Bilstein shocks, urethane spring and shackle bushings and our Extreme Duty u-bolt and plate kit.

We highly recommend adding our Pro-Pack hardware kit. You can choose to use all your old suspension hardware and it will work however it great to have nice clean new heavy duty hardware to make your installation much easier and more professional looking.

Q: Can you use 5/8 bolts at all point of the rear spring installation?

A: Yes for the springs, they take 5/8 bolts, but no the shackles, they are 9/16.

A: The front shock are 21.5 extended and 13 compressed #Bil88115. For the rear 21.5 Extended and 13.5 Compressed #Bil88113 for the rear.

Q: what is the maximum tire size possible for this set-up?

A: It depends on the Bronco. If the Bronco has fender flares, most likely a 33. If the Bronco is stock and uncut, most likely a 31 or 32 tire. If un-cut, you need to keep the tires pretty narrow to avoid rubbing.
