The Atlas Transfer Case by Advance Adapters is far and away the best transfer case around for your early Bronco. If you are looking for extreme performance or simply a reliable, brand new transfer case for your 66-77 Ford Bronco, look no further than the Atlas Transfer Case. This gear driven transfer case features massive drive gears and synchronized shifting. The Atlas transfer case is capable of shifting on the fly and features a large rear output shaft for maximum performance under the toughest conditions.

The Atlas 2 is a fully assembled, ready-to-install transfer case. It features fully independent front and rear drive synchronized shifting. The rear driveline will have to be shortened. The Atlas is about 3 1/2" longer than your early Bronco stock Dana 20 transfer case. The front driveline may need to be lengthened by 1-inch.
The Atlas transfer case will work with Bronco C4 automatics or transmissions that have been adapted using an Advanced Adapter that has a separate bearing housing which holds the transfer case input shaft bearing and seal. These include the Ford C4, Ford C6, Ford AOD, New Process NP435, Borg Warner T18, New Venture NV3550 & NV4500.
The Atlas transfer case will not bolt up to Bronco 3-speed adapter or 3-speed adapters that have been converted to be used with NP435 transmissions. If you have a NP435 with a converted 3-speed adapter, call for information.
If you are using the WH digital dash, we have an adapter kit to make these components compatible.

You may want to consider a body lift to make your install easier but you can install the Atlas without one (very tight fit). Our techs are here to help with your install. The Atlas includes twin stick shifter.
