Original style early Bronco air vent duct top seals. These seals are molded rubber, just like stock. Much nicer than the foam seals offered by other dealers. These air duct seals mount on top of the driver and passenger air inlet vents, sealing them to the underside of the hood.

Q: Is there or should there be a filter for the hood air vent? Just thinking a filter would keep debris out.

A: There is not a filter but many people have put screen material in the hole to keep large stuff out. The vent has a drain for water that sends it into the engine compartment and onto the ground.

Q: Is this a foam gasket or rubber? I know there are two types sold by other vendors.

A: They are a sturdy rubberized foam. Like foam that has been coated or dipped in rubber.

Q: I have a 66 bronco with a OE. air box driver side. Is there a top part to it or just a seal.

A: There is just a seal on top of the air box. There should be no other part.

The seal over the passenger side is tall and durable enough to seal the vent. The vent on the driver side, seemed a little small and short but appears to seal the vent.
