A: The cross over tube is made of Aluminized Steel.

A: Normally we will use a stock Bronco 302 lower hose, like #5034, and cut a couple couplings.

A: Yes, normally a short 90, and a short straight piece of hose will complete your connections.

It didn't fit as well as I had hoped. Needed a 90 (expected) at the radiator, but a had to get a slightly angled hose out of the water pump. A straight hose caused it to hit the cross member. Seems they could have done a better job with design. Works great though.
