Asked by Gary, April 10, 2022
Q: Do you have a replacement dipstick for this? The handle broke off of the dipstick. Was probably tweaked when we were loading the engine - not a manufacturing issue. Thanks
Answered by ☆ sales - April 11, 2022
A: We only have a replacement stick for the stock 289 and 302, #8029. You may find a nicer replacement by Lokar, at Summit Racing, or another speed shop.

Answered by ☆ sales - May 28, 2021
A: The main sump or pickup is approximately 8 deep. The front is a little less, but has its own drain plug.

Q: Do you sell the pickup tube and screen separately for this kit?
Answered by ☆ sales - April 1, 2021
A: Unfortunately, we do not. We would usually look to Summit Racing for a pickup only.
Asked by Jason, April 17, 2020
Q: Will a standard volume Melling oil pump work with this pan?
Answered by ☆ sales - April 21, 2020
A: Yes, stock replacement oil pump, standard volume, should be not problem. It is the physical size of the pumps that create an issue, not the flow. No matter the pump or pan, watch your clearances while installing. It does not take much to puncture a new pan.
