Early Bronco 2-Degree Front End Bushings Kit

Upgrade your stock or slightly lifted Early Bronco with this 2-Degree 14-Piece Front End Bushings Kit, designed to enhance drivability and maintain control. This comprehensive kit is perfect for stock-height Broncos or those with radius arms that already have caster adjustment built in.

  • High-Quality Materials: Features durable urethane bushings for long-lasting performance, with zinc-plated sleeves for superior corrosion resistance.

  • Optimized Caster: The 2-degree C-bushings are ideal for stock Broncos, ensuring the proper caster angle for optimal drivability. (Note: We offer C-bushings with 2, 4, and 7-degree caster adjustments, depending on your lift setup.)

  • Improved Handling: Replacing track bar and radius arm bushings can significantly improve handling, especially under the stress that these components endure over time.

  • Perfect Fit: Designed to fit seamlessly into your Early Bronco's front end, making installation straightforward and effective.

What’s in the Box:

  • 2° C-Bushings (Qty 4)

  • Radius Arm/Strut Bushings (Qty 4)

  • Upper Track Bar Bushing Assembly (2 Bushings, 1 Sleeve)

  • Lower Track Bar Bushing Assembly (2 Bushings, 1 Sleeve)

Made from Durable Black Polyurethane: Built to handle whatever the trail throws at it, this bushing kit is made from black polyurethane for serious durability and long-term performance. It’s resistant to wear and built to outlast standard rubber bushings, so you won’t be swapping them out anytime soon.

Graphite-Impregnated for Quiet Performance: The bushings are graphite-impregnated to reduce friction and eliminate annoying squeaks, keeping your ride smooth and quiet mile after mile.

2-degree C-Bushings for Caster Correction: Stock Early Broncos came with a bit of negative caster, which is not ideal for handling performance. Suspension geometry is critical for optimal control. That’s where these 2° C-bushings come in—they help realign your front end, improving caster for better tracking, handling, and steering response. For use on stock height or minimally lifted Broncos. These can also be useful on lifted Broncos that have aftermarket radius arms with built-in caster adjustment.

Whether you're refreshing a tired front end or finishing off a new lift, this kit gives you the components and confidence to do the job right.

Q: Hello, what are strut/radius and what is the trac bar? I'm a rookie Bronco owner.

A: The strut/radius bushings are for the radius arms, one arm on each side of the front end and Bronco. These go on the end at the frame brackets, under the doors. The trac bar is the long bar at the front end, going side to side, from the driver side frame bracket, to the passenger side axle bracket.

I ordered this kit on a Sunday evening and it arrived on Wed...super fast shipping. I had watched a number of video which showed how to install bushing set, especially the C bushings and track bar bushings and it was pretty straight forward. after setting the front of the frame on jackstands and removing the front wheels, I removed the springs and unbolted the bottom of the shocks, leaving them hang in place. I then placed concrete blocks and short lengths of 2x4 under the hubs to maintain the axle / radius arms at a neutral angle to the frame. after unbolting the radius arms from the axle I was able to roll the axle forward, hubs on the 2x4s, to achieve enough space to remove the radius arms from the frame. I did not need to disconnect the front drive shaft being careful to not move the axle so far that it separated the driveshaft. The most time consuming part of the job was removing the built up rust / scale from the radius arm, clamp and axle so the new C bushing fit right. Got it all back together and it drives 100% better...and no bronco "lean". Very happy with how it all fit and worked out. Minor complaint is that the rear radius arm / frame bushings did not come with the large washers and cotter pins. Fortunately I had a new set. Other than that, 5 stars.

I am a DIY Bronco builder and have no problem making my own parts when necessary, but always rely on WH when I need specific parts. I proudly display the WH sticker on my early bronco and recommend them for any Bronco needs!
