Q: Hello, what are strut/radius and what is the trac bar? I'm a rookie Bronco owner.

A: The strut/radius bushings are for the radius arms, one arm on each side of the front end and Bronco. These go on the end at the frame brackets, under the doors. The trac bar is the long bar at the front end, going side to side, from the driver side frame bracket, to the passenger side axle bracket.

I ordered this kit on a Sunday evening and it arrived on Wed...super fast shipping. I had watched a number of video which showed how to install bushing set, especially the C bushings and track bar bushings and it was pretty straight forward. after setting the front of the frame on jackstands and removing the front wheels, I removed the springs and unbolted the bottom of the shocks, leaving them hang in place. I then placed concrete blocks and short lengths of 2x4 under the hubs to maintain the axle / radius arms at a neutral angle to the frame. after unbolting the radius arms from the axle I was able to roll the axle forward, hubs on the 2x4s, to achieve enough space to remove the radius arms from the frame. I did not need to disconnect the front drive shaft being careful to not move the axle so far that it separated the driveshaft. The most time consuming part of the job was removing the built up rust / scale from the radius arm, clamp and axle so the new C bushing fit right. Got it all back together and it drives 100% better...and no bronco "lean". Very happy with how it all fit and worked out. Minor complaint is that the rear radius arm / frame bushings did not come with the large washers and cotter pins. Fortunately I had a new set. Other than that, 5 stars.

Quality products. Arrived on time. With the help of wild horses video the install wasn't terrible either.

I am a DIY Bronco builder and have no problem making my own parts when necessary, but always rely on WH when I need specific parts. I proudly display the WH sticker on my early bronco and recommend them for any Bronco needs!
