A: The #6001 mirror does come with the windshield mount tab, and glue.

Mirror looks very nice, a nice chrome/metal look (website pic had more of a rose gold color but said chrome so I went for it). looks great in the truck. only downfall is the glue they sent in the kit was not so great, followed all instructions and fell off twice. bought some better glue at pep boys and stays perfect
