Rear Axle 31 Spline 78-79 Bronco 73-79 F100-150 4x4 right or left side 32" OAL
Made from 1541-H alloy, our tapered roller bearing axles handle the side loads and larger tires. Our axles come completely assembled - just pull it out of the box and install. Typical 73-78 retainer style is 1/2" holes as shown below. Typical 79 retainer is 3/8" holes as shown below.

Q: What is the difference in this axle and the axles in the 798600 kit? They appear to be of different metals with different wheel studs.

A: The axles are the same. The 798606 is a single axle, and the 798600 is for a pair.

A: Our axles our manufactured for us, there is no name brand.
