A: Yes, these work great in a 66-77 Bronco with a C4 and stock style radiator with built in cooler, and ports on the passenger side. Double check your setup. We also have a flex hose kit, #8413.

A: Our lines are 5/16 diameter.

Q: What is the size of the flanged fitting on the cooler lines? I purchased the AN-6 x 1/4 NPT fittings and the 1/4 NPT fit in the Ron Davis aluminum radiator but the AN-6 was too big for the cooler line. Bought an AN-4 and that was too small?

A: The stock cooler tines accept 1/2-20 thread to the Ron Davis 1/4 MPT. Like our part #F2610

These lines are not bent even remotely close to work . Waste of $$
Note From WILD HORSES: Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the lines. Not sure why they are not working in this application. We go through a good number of these and the report is typically like the other review. These are designed after the original 73-77 Bronco C4 lines. There could be something not stock in the mix?? We do offer #8413 C4 Hose kit which is a steel braided DIY kit meaning you can run the hose however it seems best on your Bronco.

aftermarket stainless lines are historically expected to be a poor fit by any vendor, but to my surprise, the AT lines sold by WH fit much better than expected. Installed in seconds. Very pleased with this product.
