Q: Are both versions the same length? I have the one with the imprint on it and it is only 32 the control valve is right up against the firewall.

A: All 3 versions are the same length, approximately 21 1/4, from the back of the bezel, to the tip of the housing.

Q: what is the deference between the 66 67 heater temp control cable and bezel then the 68 & up?

A: The 66-67 bezel says Temp Control, 68-72 says Temperature Control, and 73-77 is blank, with no label.

A: Yes it has the imprinted bezel that '66 & '67 came with orig. Confirmed this with WH tech folks.

A: The 66-67 and 68-72 versions do come with the printed bezel. The 73-77 version, pictured, has a plain bezel.
