Early Bronco Body Tub Kit w/Flared Quarters - Freight Included SKU: 5587NET
Early Bronco Body Tub Kit w/Flared Quarters - Freight Included
Product Overview:
Here's a complete Bronco body tub kit—assembly (welding) required! If you're ready to take on the challenge of building your Bronco body from the ground up, this kit is your starting point. This kit includes flared quarter panels (5837/5839) and every welded component needed for a bare tub—except for the windshield frame. From the core support to the rear taillight housings, nothing is left out.
What else do you need for a full body? Doors, door frames, windshield frame, fenders, grille, tailgate, hood, and top. These can be easily added at checkout if needed. The windshield frame is typically welded to the cowl panel, but on early Broncos, it was bolted down. While you could make it a bolt-on setup, welding is the best option. Keep in mind—this kit does not come with instructions.

Q: Can you get a one piece rear quarter panel Flared with the tub kit?

A: #5571NET is the part number you are looking for.
Answered by ☆ sales - September 22, 2024 23:31
A: We can put a kit together pretty much with what ever options you would like.
Asked by Dewey, September 5, 2021
Q: It looks like some panels are primed and some are raw steel. I also noted there are no instructions. Is it somehow tabbed or indexed to align parts, or is that owner engineered?
Answered by ☆ sales - September 9, 2021
A: Some panels are bare, some in e-coat, and some in weld-thru primer. There are no placing or indexing marks or guides for assembly. Owner Engineered, exactly.
