Early Bronco Steel Body Tub with Uncut Quarter Panels

Unassembled Body Tub Kit: All sheet metal parts to build a replacement 66-76 Bronco tub.

Here's a complete early Bronco body tub for the ultimate DIY project. ASSEMBLY (welding) REQUIRED! Every part from the core support to the rear tail light housings is included.

So what sheet metal will you need if you want a complete early Bronco body? Doors and door frames, windshield frame, fenders, grille, tailgate, hood and hard top.

We have also added the option for you to choose a new windshield frame by selecting it on this page. The windshield frame is typically welded to the cowl panel, but on the first few years of the Bronco they were bolted down. While it would be possible to bolt on this new windshield frame, welding is the best option.

Please bare in mind there is no instruction sheet for this kit. It is best to have another early Bronco body available to take measures off of as you build this body tub.

This was a great kit to replace all of the rust and setup on my bronco, I couldn't have restored this one without this kit. The panel fitment was very good, I had to do some minor trimming/ fitment for great gaps but nothing major. Thank you, it was a pleasure working with you.
