OE-correct replica of the factory 1970-76 Ford Bronco stock gas tank. Can be used as upgraded fuel tank in 1966-69 Broncos. Stamped steel with black coating.

Factory style 13-gallon rear main early Bronco fuel tank. Our stock rear fuel tank is a perfect reproduction of the original stamped steel tank found in 1970-76 Ford Broncos. This gas tank can also be used as an upgrade to the original fuel tank in 1966-69 Broncos.

Stock Steel 13-gallon Rear Main Fuel Tank

  • 13-gallon Fuel Capacity
  • Galvanized Steel to Prevent Corrosion
  • Coated Black for Clean Looking Installation
  • Lock Ring Style Sending Unit Mount for a Secure Seal
  • Stamped Steel Construction Exactly like Original

Like the original fuel tanks, this tank utilizes a metal lock ring to secure the fuel sending unit in the tank. This method is much more desirable than aftermarket tanks that use screws to retain the sending unit. The lock ring style mount ensures an even seal and eliminates the potential of leaking fuel through threads like aftermarket tanks have a tendency to do. Our fuel tank comes coated black. This provides a cleaner installed appearance than the traditional silver tank.

A: You should be able to use one of the vent ports as a return. Typically, just the return hose, and a good clamp.

I recently purchased several parts for my 74 EB from wild horses. The OEM 13 gallon rear fuel tank fit perfectly with no modifications as well as the Ron Davis radiator. The ceramic coated headers fit awesome and look great as well. I couldn't have asked for any better service than I received from Wild Horses
